C# Developers
Participate in the design and development of a new Win Form and web-based applications. These systems will be developed using .NET/C#/MS SQL technologies and will be built utilizing our framework

Required Skill Set

  • Proficient in: C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server (2005 preferred, 2000 acceptable)
  • Strong object oriented design skills
  • Experience in the design and development of scalable enterprise systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • 5+ Years of Experience

Daily Job Duties:

  • Analyze functional requirements and provide feedback
  • Quickly determine design options and trade-offs
  • Work with Architects and other developers to perform detailed design
  • Develop and unit test to established requirements and design
  • Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews
  • Provide development time and schedule estimates

This position is responsible for the delivery of highly effective, technical learning solutions through multiple adult learning techniques (classroom, self-paced e-learning, Web conferencing, etc.). The position will be responsible, as part of the training team, to deliver relevant, up-to-date training to both new and existing clients to support business objectives and strategies.
  • Experience facilitating training classes, both live and virtual classroom.
  • Design and develop technical training programs, as needed, to support new or ongoing business objectives and strategies.
  • Facilitate the delivery of highly effective learning opportunities, ensuring each learning event is monitored and measured for effectiveness.
  • Create effective training materials for new and existing trainings.
  • Managing ongoing maintenance of training with SMEs to ensure enhancements and developments are reflected in the ongoing training curriculum.
  • Maintaining contacts with other resources, internal and external in order to benchmark and keep abreast of new training needs.


  • three plus years training experience in programming position or supporting data warehousing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Instructional Design or equivalent field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Three to five years experience in evaluating needs, designing, developing, facilitating and managing delivery of effective technical training and development programs for adults
  • Experience with technology used to deliver learning and performance solutions
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Group facilitation skills
  • Must have excellent presentation skills and be able to train/coach on a one-to-one and/or group basis
  • Creative thinker

Must be highly proficient with: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, multi-media training skills
