Job Order Management (JOM)
  • Ability to assign recruiter to be responsible for a job order
  • Multiple client contact (i.e. hiring manager, contract manager)
  • Parsing of the job order description to load all skills into the skills section of the Job Order.
  • Define required and optional skills requirement for each job order.
  • Define threshold for submittals - by client and job order
  • Ability to search and sort job order by variety of factors (i.e. no cover, client, recruiters, sales person, etc)
  • Ability to match candidates to job order.
